Who is responsible. This website, andreynaumov.photo, is run by Andrey Naumov, who is responsible for the personal data described below. You can reach him with a direct message on Instagram: @lytkarinskiy.
What is collected, and only if you accept. When you press Accept in the cookie banner, the site loads Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service of YANDEX LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia). Metrica then records the pages you view and the photographs you open on this site, the link that brought you here, the links you follow to other sites (such as Instagram), your device and browser type, screen size, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the time of your visit. It sets cookies on this site (_ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and similar) and on Yandex's domains, and may use your browser's local storage. Session recording and click maps are not used. If you press Decline, or make no choice, nothing is loaded and nothing is set.
Why. To understand how many people visit the site, which photographs they look at and how they find it. Nothing is sold, and no advertising profile is built by this site.
Legal basis. Your consent, given by pressing Accept. You can withdraw it at any time, as described below.
Who receives the data. Yandex processes it on the site owner's behalf under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use (yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse), and its own privacy policy applies to that processing. The statistics are visible only to the site owner, and IP addresses are masked in them.
How long. Metrica's cookies on this site last up to one year. Yandex keeps the collected statistics under its Terms of Use.
Your choice, at any time. Below you can accept or decline again. Declining removes the cookies and storage Metrica set on this site, in every open tab of it; cookies Yandex set on its own domains can only be removed in your browser's settings. You can also block Metrica on all sites with Yandex's own browser add-on, the Yandex Metrica opt-out: yandex.com/support/metrica/en/general/opt-out
Your rights. You may ask what data about you is processed, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent, by writing to @lytkarinskiy on Instagram.
Protection. The site is served only over HTTPS, and the statistics are kept in Yandex Metrica, where only the site owner's account can see them.
